Works contract no. 2399/06.11.2009 was signed betweend SC ECOAQUA SA Calarasi and SC GENERAL CONCRETE CERNAVODA SRL, as the contractor of the Consortium leader SC GENERAL CONCRETE CERNAVODA SRL/SC STULZ-TECHNIK SRL/STULZ PLANAQUA GmbH.
The final value of the contract is 14.750.649,96 lei, excluding VAT.
Commencement Date: 11.12.2009
Contract Period: 24.5 months until 29.12.2011 with Defects Notification Period of min 12/max 24 months.
The project comprises the construction of:
1. Treatment plant at Budesti - a compact treatment plant having two identical technologies: initial mechanical treatment followed by advanced biological treatment (removal of organic substances, nitrification, denitrification to acceptable levels). The plant will also include a sludge stabilization process with dried sludge stored in a sludge deposit. Effluent from the treatment plant will be discharged to the Dambovita river.
2. Treatment plant at Oltenita - a compact treatment plant having three identical technologies: initial mechanic treatment followed by advanced biological treatment (removal of organic substances, nitrification, denitrification and removal of phosphorous to acceptable levels). The plant will also include a sludge stabilization process with dried sludge stored in a sludge deposit. Effluent from the treatment plant will be discharged to the Danube.
